    Service and location really good. Right in the town of Goreme. You want to catch a bus, it’s less than 10 mins walk. You want to eat? So many choices. I had ton change rooms as the first one had a leaking shower room and water would run into the toilet area. Otherwise nice place

    The owner was exceptionally kind and courteous—he personally came out to help carry our luggage and gave a very detailed explanation. The two dogs were absolutely adorable, and the room was tidy and clean. I definitely recommend staying at this place!

    Perfect Stay! Goreme值得留低住幾日，highly recommend住呢間酒店。
    首先房間好大，好有空間，又乾淨，每次入房都有淡淡香味好舒服，冷氣暖氣都有，每日都會補支大水。
    酒店位置好寧靜，行去highest view point都係十分鐘左右，行去市中心都係行幾分鐘，有停車場，或者停附近路邊都可以。露台房望出去景觀十分開揚。
    酒店自助早餐都好好，出邊的土耳其餐廳偏咸，朝早食個西式早餐平衡下非常好。
    值得讚賞係酒店超級好服務，又nice又helpful，令成個stay都好安心同舒服，透過佢地訂活動都好方便。無缺點。

    We had the most wonderful stay here. Arif and llayda are the most kindest and welcoming staff. They were so helpful during our stay and made us feel so welcome. The location is perfect, the complimentary buffet breakfast is wonderful and different items each day. Highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to Goreme. Thanks again for your hospitality Arif and llayda.

    The hotel has everything that we expected. Luxury cave suite with the view from the room to the city and you can see the balloons from the windows or they have some terrace with chairs so that we can enjoy the “dream screen” when the balloons are in the air. Excellent breakfast. The staff are amazing and very helpful, just ask them for every activity , tours, where to eat - true local food not the place with high rating reviews even in the neighborhood. The tour , activities spa are reliable with high level of service and all you need is waiting at the reception for the pick up and drop off , and pay only when the tour was finished. The staffs are very kids friendly, my children love to play with them. We had an unforgettable holiday in Göreme with the hotel!
