**Refundable Reservations:**
For reservations made directly with our hotel, you are entitled to free cancellation up to 7 days before your check-in date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are subject to evaluation by hotel management, and one night’s stay may be charged.
In the event of force majeure, we kindly ask you to send an email explaining the situation and provide any supporting documents, if available. These cases will be carefully reviewed by our management, and the most appropriate solution will be considered.
**Non-Refundable Reservations:**
Non-refundable reservations are subject to a 100% cancellation penalty. In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and is non-refundable.
