The hotel has everything that we expected. Luxury cave suite with the view from the room to the city and you can see the balloons from the windows or they have some terrace with chairs so that we can enjoy the “dream screen” when the balloons are in the air. Excellent breakfast. The staff are amazing and very helpful, just ask them for every activity , tours, where to eat - true local food not the place with high rating reviews even in the neighborhood. The tour , activities spa are reliable with high level of service and all you need is waiting at the reception for the pick up and drop off , and pay only when the tour was finished. The staffs are very kids friendly, my children love to play with them. We had an unforgettable holiday in Göreme with the hotel!

A typical environment, the theft of balloons at our door, a vast authentic and warm accommodation, a very professional team bring its high quality to this residence. Little attention and regular maintenance, tasty and varied cuisine for a hearty breakfast. Warm and personalized welcome: Ilayda and Arif are available and friendly, qualified and good advice!

A dream come true, but the combination of the wonderful hotel with the wonderful view makes the experience more beautiful and fulfilling. Organized hotel with service in all areas (airport/hotel transfer organization, balloon organization, tour guide organization). The staff is helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing . Otel odası, otelin konumu, çevresi ve manzarası harikaydı. Planlanan saatten önce odaya giriş yaptık ve müsait olduğu için bizi hiç gecikmeden içeri aldılar. Çok anlayışlı ve mükemmel bir hizmet aldık. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. Bu gibi küçük yerlerde bu kadar temiz ve kaliteli hizmet bulmak genellikle zordur, ancak biz çok memnun kaldık.
