    We love the location and views from Carus Cappadocia but the highlight was the breakfast with Fatima (server) who was so kind. She showed us local breakfast traditions such as bread dipped in tahini and molasses and bread with clotted cream and honey. We experienced the true Turkish hospitality at this hotel.

    A great hotel in Goreme. We got the breakfast package and it is a must—the restaurant has a rooftop view for balloons in daytime and city lights for nighttime. The food was delicious and service excellent. Fatma helped us and out and introduced us to how the locals eat various of their delicious breakfast breads and spreads. There is a cave pool that was just the right temperature for a dip and then the sauna is right around the corner. Ask for a room tucked away from the street for a more cozy experience. Don’t forget to pet the hotel dog Daisy.

    Hotel meraviglioso, personale cordiale e gentile, posizione strategica dato che si trova al centro di Goreme. La colazione varia e buona, Fatima è bravissima e sempre disponibile. Bella la piscina ,la sauna e la vista di sera .

    Just want to come on here to say that we had the most wonderful stay at Carus Cappadocia. The staff were all so lovely and kind. Shout out to the best service from Daisy the Dog, the best worker in the hotel. She even watched us leave to send us off. The daily breakfast was amazing with a gorgeous view overlooking Göreme. We were really well served by Fatma, who always had a smile on her face. She remembered us even after the first day and was very attentive. We really could not have asked for a better experience at Carus.

    It's a lovely, quaint hotel. Staff has heart and tries their best to make your stay pleasant. The hot air balloon shots from their terrace are magical. Not all is perfect, and you can find some oddities with their rooms. But again, they really try to make your stay pleasant. And they will improve over time, because they are that kind of hard working bunch. Give them a chance.
